How and Where should we start?

Once you choose the type of game and booked it, we will send you an email explaining all the details.

At what time of the day should I start playing?

This totally depends on you, you will start when you want!

Can I bring my dog with me?

Yes, since you will be outside during the game, you can bring your pet.

How do I cancel or edit my reservation?

To cancel or edit your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible by email at brainywalks@yahoo.com or by phone at 4506269192.

What is the duration of the games?

It depends on the type of game you choose, we have games starting from 60 minutes up to 4 hours.

How can I get a prize?

Once you completed all the steps in certain games, based on your answers you will get a score and if you get the highest score for a given game in the lowest period, you will get the prize. Depending on the number of our users per week, the prizes will vary.

What is the difficulty level of your games?

We have two levels for kids and two levels for adults. Kids: Easy, Intermediate Adults: Intermediate, Difficult Type of puzzles and mind games for the kids and adults are different.

Are the games in French or in English?

Our games are completely bilingual.

I have an original mind game or riddle in mind and I want the WalkingBrain team to use it, what should I do?"
