Cone Crisis / En Crise de Cônes

Goal: 
Be the last player whose neighbourhood avoids going under construction.
 

Strategy: 
- Use cunning orange cone placements to block opponents.
- Roll the Movement Die to outmaneuver rivals. 
- Wield powerful cards like the Construction Mafia to disrupt opponents' plans.
